Furnitureproducts4u is designed with you in mind. Our aim is to give you more choice of quality products for your home at prices that are competitive and sensible. With over 65 years of experience in the furniture and allied trades our team of experts know just where to look for that special item for you.

Price is important to both you and us and so if by some chance you should see one of our products on offer at a lower price just let us have written confirmation and we will try to beat it.
Delivery
All of the products we supply are available for direct delivery in the UK. Deliveries of orders under £100-00 will incur a delivery charge of £7-50 per order. All orders in excess of £100-00 will be delivered free of charge to your front door or the front of your building in the case of flats or apartments. We also offer a ’White Glove Delivery Service’ Our two man delivery team will put your goods in to the room of your choice unpack the items concerned, make sure that they are in satisfactory condition demonstrate any items that need some minor instruction such as recliner chairs and then all you have to do is sign the delivery note to confirm your satisfaction before all the packaging is removed from your premises. This service will be charged at £99-00.
Delivery times can vary depending on the item you order. Custom made products such as upholstery are normally longer than stock held items such as beds and headboards. Once the order has been placed our office will contact you to give you an approximate delivery date. Stock held items are normally delivered in 7 to 10 working days. Custom made products as a guideline would normally be delivered to you in 8 to 10 weeks.
We will always do our best to arrange a delivery that is convenient to you. However if for some reason the goods cannot be delivered on the day arranged due to a problem or fault on the buyers behalf furnitureproducts4u.com reserve the right to make charge for the ’redelivery’ to cover any costs incurred. These costs will be charged to the credit/debit card used to make the original purchase.
Returns and exchanges
If the product you have ordered does not work, was damaged in transit or is otherwise faulty in some way you can request replacement items, which will be despatched to you urgently, or return the item and you wil be refunded the full amount including any delivery charges you may have paid.
For faults with electrical items such as recliner chairs, electrically adjustable beds or riser recliner chairs please contact the office and we will arrange for a technician to call and rectify the problem on site.
If you are returning the product because you have changed your mind you must return within 14 days in the original packaging after requesting a returns form from the office. Whilst you are responsible for all charges incurred in the collection we will refund the amount you paid for the items less a 20% restocking charge as long as the goods are in perfect condition and returned within 14 days of original delivery to you. Any good returned not deemed by the supplier to be in original condition wil be sold as ‘used’ and or ‘second hand’ and the relevant costs charged to you the purchaser.
Terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions apply to all sales between furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd and you the customer and form the basis in law of any contract between us. Please read through this section very carefully and feel free to contact us with any questions or queries you may have.
- Any purchase made by you the customer assumes that you have read and are in agreement with the terms and conditions of Sale as laid down. The business relationship between the customer and furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd will take effect once the customer places an order. These terms and conditions are deemed to have been made in the United Kingdom and will be governed by the laws as they appertain in the United Kingdom.
- All orders placed are subject to availability of the particular items. If for any reason furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd is unable to fulfil a customers order within an agreed delivery time, once quoted, then furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd will offer either an alternative product or a full refund. If the customer has not received acknowledgement of their order from furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd within 28 days of placing the said order it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the customer service section of the company, furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd will hold no responsibility for any losses that may be suffered by the customer due to non availability of any product. Further, to avoid confusion, Time shall not be deemed to be the essence of any contract between the customer and the company and furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd will not incur any liability to the customer in respect of any failure to supply any services or goods by the original advised delivery date.
- All information supplied by furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd with regard to the products on our site is approximate and subject to change and modification without prior notification. The company will not hold responsibility for products not being 100% as described or shown on the site. Product pictures are for illustration purpose only.
- We at furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd will refund the purchase price only of any non faulty goods the client wishes to return less a 20% restocking charge, this must be arranged within 14 days of the original delivery by contacting the customer service section of the company. Such products must be received by furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd, or its carriers on its behalf, in new condition and include all accessories, instructions and packaging. Any goods returned out side these conditions will be deemed to second hand and sold by the company as such and the customer will be reimbursed with the value obtained for those goods. No carriage or delivery costs from the original order will be refunded and the customer will be responsible for costs incurred in collecting these goods. Certain goods such as mattresses, pillows electric beds and electric riser recliner chairs together with any goods specially made for the customer will not be accepted for return.
- Furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd will not be liable for failure to deliver or delay of delivery of any order if it is due to an event beyond our reasonable control. This includes without limitation; Acts of God, War, Industrial Disputes, Fire, Flood, tempest and or national Emergencies. Furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd will, under these circumstances, be entitled to a reasonable extension of time in performing its obligations under the terms of the order.
- Delivery of all goods must be signed for by the customer or persons appointed to act on their behalf, no goods will be left without a signature showing that they have been received in good condition. The customer is responsible for the condition of the goods from the point of signature. If furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd or its carrier are unable to get a clear signature for the goods they will not be left and the customer will be advised either by furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd or its carrier of a revised delivery date and time that is next available. If the goods cannot be delivered after an agreed delivery arrangement has been made then the customer will incur those extra costs incurred in the redelivery of those goods. Damages in transit will reside with the carrier.
- If upon delivery and inspection the goods are found to be faulty or damaged the customer must advise furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd within 7 days of delivery in writing. If the faulty product claim is found, after exchange of the goods and upon receipt by furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd, to be unfounded the customer will incur a 20% processing fee plus delivery/collection charges as received by the company.
- All prices shown on furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd’s web site are shown in Pounds Sterling and will include VAT at the rate ruling at the time the order is placed. We furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd will endeavour at all times to ensure our prices are correct and we will confirm the exact pricing with the confirmation of the order. If furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd finds an error in its pricing we reserve the right to inform the customer of the error and at that stage give the customer the choice of accepting the corrected price or receiving a full refund and cancelling the order.
- All our orders are positively credit sanctioned prior to delivery and furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd will not assume any responsibility if any order is cancelled or delayed due to incorrect or erroneous payment or delivery information supplied by the customer.
- Should you have any complaints the please direct them to the contact information as detailed on our website. All complaints will be handled by furnitureproducts4u.com Ltd as quickly and as thoroughly as possible and within 7 working days of receipt of the same.
- Certain items on our site can be purchased VAT free subject to restrictions and rulings from the Revenue and Customs. If you feel you are able to purchase items such as riser recliner chairs or electrically adjustable beds on a VAT exempt basis then please use the VAT exemption form shown on our front page and we will at the time of invoicing reduce the price by the amount of VAT. All our prices include VAT at the current rate.
